Return and Refund Policy

At SipWay, we want you to love your tumbler. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact us first at support@getsipway.com with your order number, and we will send you the return instructions and address.

Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — just send us a photo of the item so we can help you faster.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If you would like a different color, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@getsipway.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
