These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SipWay website (getsipway.com) and the purchase of products from SipWay, operated by SAINT MARC TOYS LLC ("SipWay," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Products and Pricing
We work hard to display our products — including colors and images — as accurately as possible. Because rhinestone finishes are applied to each tumbler, slight variations in appearance are normal and are not defects. Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund for that item.

5. Returns and Refunds
