At SipWay, we offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days within the continental United States. Our products ship from Florida. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us and we will look into it for you.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
